2. Hosting
This site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages by Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. When you open a page, Cloudflare receives the data every browser sends: your IP address, the date and time, the page you asked for, the page you came from, and your browser and operating system. It needs these to deliver the page and to protect the site from attacks (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. See cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
3. What this site collects
Nothing beyond what the hosting needs. The site itself sets no cookies and uses no analytics, no tracking and no advertising.
4. Stored in your browser
Two small notes are saved in your browser鈥檚 local storage, only on your device and never sent anywhere: that you have seen the day counter count up (so it doesn鈥檛 replay every visit), and which project envelopes you opened. You can delete them at any time by clearing this site鈥檚 data in your browser.
5. Fonts
All fonts are served from this site. Your browser does not contact Google Fonts or any other font service.
6. Embedded videos
YouTube videos load only after you click play. Until then, nothing is requested from YouTube. After the click the video loads from youtube-nocookie.com, and Google (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) receives your IP address and technical data, and may set cookies. The legal basis is your consent by clicking (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). See Google鈥檚 privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
7. Links to Instagram, YouTube and Substack
Links to my profiles are plain links. Nothing is sent to these services unless you click one; after that, their own privacy policies apply.
8. Newsletter
The newsletter sign-up is not switched on yet, so this site does not collect or store email addresses. Before it opens, this section will name the service that stores your address, the legal basis, and how to leave with one click.
9. Your rights
You can ask what data about you is processed, and have it corrected, deleted or restricted. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest, take back a consent at any time, and ask for your data in a portable format. You can also complain to a data protection supervisory authority. Write to info@teabedefined.com.
